Refund requests for custom software development must be submitted within 7 days of project commencement. If significant work has already been completed, a partial refund may be issued based on the work done.
Refunds for ongoing support or maintenance subscriptions are not provided once the month has started. You may cancel future renewals at any time.
Once a project or milestone has been delivered and approved by the client, no refunds will be issued.
